EPH still approved TPC

In a notification dated 5 January 2023, the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) has confirmed that the Entwicklungs- und Prüflabor Holztechnologie GmbH (EPH), Dresden, continues to meet all requirements as a Third Party Certifier (TPC).
As a result, EPH continues to be officially authorized as an EPA TSCA Title VI TPC (under the designation TPC-010) to offer and perform surveillance and certification services to manufacturers of wood and wood-based products for the emission of formaldehyde from their products destined for the U.S. market.
EPH's recognition as an EPA TSCA Title VI TPC was first granted in June 2017 and has been in effect without interruption ever since.
Currently, EPH monitors 41 plants in 16 countries worldwide.
20 of EPH's 104 test chambers are continuously used for emissions testing under CARB/EPA. (as of January: 2023)
